The remnants of a CN Rail accident 8 years ago on the Maiyoo Keyoh traditional territory near Fort St James still lay in a twisted heap beside the old BCR line.  As reported by CBC News in December 2005, the CN Rail forest products train was empty and 13 cars derailed.

CN has not responded to the Maiyoo Keyoh’s request to remove the last box car and clean up the area.
